About my programs
This program guarantees you new PR’s, fixing your form and good recovery from trainings if you follow the RPE. 4 days split with 1 extra day for your accessories. I run this program for 12 weeks and my current PR’s are: 300Kg Deadlift (+15kg pr), Squat 220Kg (+20kg pr), Bench Press 130kg (+7.5kg pr)
